Job summary

Desaga Recruitment Ltd in London is recruiting a 3D Joinery Designer for bespoke joinery and luxury interiors. You will produce detailed 3D models and renders of cabinetry and interior schemes, based on client briefs and architectural drawings.

The role involves collaborating with design and production teams to ensure designs are ready for manufacture and installation, while maintaining organized design files and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D design within bespoke joinery, furniture or interior fit-out.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar.
• Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape or KeyShot.
• Good understanding of joinery construction, materials and manufacturing methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D models and realistic renders of bespoke joinery and interior schemes.
• Develop designs from client briefs, architectural drawings and material specifications.
• Create visuals for client presentations, design reviews and approvals.
• Work closely with technical designers, project managers and production teams to ensure designs are practical to manufacture and install.
• Incorporate approved finishes, materials, fittings and hardware into designs.
• Revise models following client feedback and project changes.
• Maintain accurate design files and manage workloads against project deadlines.
