Job Title - Process Engineer - Trim & Final

Location - Gaydon & Halewood

Experience - 8+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers as part of the Trim and Final area providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Develop & implement department strategy for power tooling, working with internal stakeholders and external supplier
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for Trim and Final operations, ensuring quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules are me
• Working Knowledge about PFC, PFMEA, Control Plan and Check sheet along with SOP’s preparation
• Working knowledge about EBOM and MBO
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, production, and quality to optimize product design for manufacturability and resolve any manufacturing issue
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses & capacity planning to support new product introductions & process improvement
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and qualit
• Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards, identifying & mitigating potential risks in the manufacturing proces
• Evaluate and select equipment, tools, and technologies to optimize production capabilities and improve overall efficienc
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any manufacturing issues or bottlenecks in Trim and Final operation
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and collaboration within the manufacturing engineering tea
