360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial, Commercial, Construction and Engineering Sector

Location

Ashford, Kent

Salary / Rate

• £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum plus commission
• Dependent on your recruitment experience and billing history, salary is around £25,000 – £28,000 basic plus bonus

About the Role

My client is a large recruiter with over 75 branches. Their Ashford branch is now looking for an experienced recruiter to support substantial new wins across the Kent region.

As a 360 Consultant you will have full autonomy to map, attend meetings and fill your own diary with appointments to visit clients; you will also spend time in the office to build relationships internally, do database management and carry out business development activities.

Employment will involve both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for an existing customer base across Kent.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven 360 Recruitment Consultant experience within the Industrial, Commercial, Construction, or Engineering sectors – both permanent and temporary roles.

Experience in the Kent region is highly desirable.

A track record of securing and winning new business accounts through a proactive, positive style is required.

Professional, friendly work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Experience with a large recruiting organisation and support from senior recruitment staff is advantageous.
