360 Operator (Waste Management)

Scunthorpe

£28,000-£30,000 - £12.77 per hour (OTE £45,000+) + Training + Progression + Overtime + Company Benefits + Days based

Are you a 360 Operator looking to join a well established, local company with excellent job security where you will have a job for life, have a lot of opportunity for overtime to really increase your earnings, and work a Monday-Friday, days based role to improve your work life balance?

This well-established company has been providing their services for over 15 years and has grown to multiple depots, with further plans to increase this, and due to continual growth they are looking to add a 360 Operator to their team in Scunthorpe and take the role forward.

In this role you will operate 360 excavators to move and sort waste, carry out basic maintenance, and work with the team to ensure safe and efficient site operations. You will work Monday - Friday 0700-1700 (some weekend work) 45 base hours a week with readily available premium overtime on offer to increase earnings.

The Role

• Operate 360 excavators to safely load, move, and sort waste and recyclable materials.
• Carry out daily equipment checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Follow all health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

The Person

• Proven experience operating excavators.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Commute to Scunthorpe.
