Job summary

ARC Group is recruiting a 360 operator for a civils site in Southminster on an ongoing temporary assignment. The role requires lifting operations experience, CPCS/NPORS/PPE, and Anglian Water Passport or One Life Safer Everyday.

The position offers PAYE £17.00, Umbrella £22.00–£24.00, or CIS £22.00–£24.00 per hour. You will join a team delivering essential civil works and operate on a busy site with strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a 360 on civils sites.
• CPCS/NPORS certification or equivalent PPE required.
• Anglian Water Passport or One Life Safer Everyday required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavator on civils site.
• Ensure safe lifting operations and compliance with site rules.
• Maintain equipment and report faults promptly.
