Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a capable 360 Operator for a construction project in Porchester. You will operate a 360 excavator safely to excavate, load and move materials on site, under the direction of the Site Management Team.

The role requires valid CPCS or NPORS for 360 Excavator, solid site experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to work as part of a busy crew while maintaining high standards of site housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
• Hardworking, reliable, and driven.
• Valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE, including site PPE.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team.
• Strong focus on safety and responsible plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely to carry out excavation, digging, loading, and material-moving duties.
• Conduct pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator before operation.
• Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings, and other areas as instructed by the Site Management Team.
• Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates, and other site materials.
• Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces, and busy construction sites.
• Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles, and site personnel.
• Carry out routine checks and report any defects or mechanical issues immediately.
• Follow all site rules, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
• Perform all required duties on site as instructed by the Site Management Team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.
