Anglian Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious and well-established construction client, currently seeking two experienced 360 Excavator Operators for an ongoing project based in Halesworth.

Role Overview

As a 360 Operator, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of excavation and groundwork duties, supporting the site team in delivering high-quality results. You'll be expected to work safely, efficiently, and independently, while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator on construction or civil engineering sites
• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS card (lifting ops preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work safely around live services and other trades
• Competent in groundwork support and working from drawings
• Strong work ethic - able to use own initiative, stay motivated, and deliver quality results
• Own PPE required
• A driving licence and transport are desirable due to site location
