Responsibilities
  • Greet every client warmly, with confidence and kindness, creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere
  • Direct clients to the right areas of the store, connecting them with the appropriate sales assistant to help shape seamless, personalised service journeys
  • Offer refreshments, ensuring client feels appreciated and looked after
  • Support the store team by managing traffic flow and assisting during peak times
  • Stay curious and inspired — learn about new collections, campaign and brand stories, so you can speak with confidence
  • Be a proud brand ambassador and represent the Kurt Geiger values through polished presentation, energy, and integrity
