Qualifications

• Licensed 310T technician or strong equivalent experience.
• Proven diagnostic ability to find and fix problems quickly.
• Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and evolving vehicle systems.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles quickly and accurately — no guesswork.
• Handle drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, HVAC, ABS brakes, and exhaust issues.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to solve problems, not just replace parts.
• Stay efficient, stay sharp, and maximize hours and output.
