The team is hiring 3 x Service Desk Engineers (Maidenhead) to provide front-line technical support, resolve incidents, and ensure a seamless IT experience for end users. Responsibilities
  • First point of contact on the service desk – calm in a storm and quick on the keyboard
  • Working on remote and on-site project delivery
  • Solving real problems for real users, every single day
  • Acting as the trusted tech partner for customers who rely on expert, human support
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence (heading out to sites occasionally)
  • 2+ years’ experience in an IT support or MSP environment
  • A strong customer-first attitude – genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills and the ability
  • Great communicator – written, spoken, and everything in between
  • Active Directory, Windows Server (2012+)
  • Windows 10+ Desktop, Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Intune, Entra, System builds and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, EMAIL)
  • Routers and switches
