About The Role

Three nurseries, three opportunities.

We’re excited to announce three new opportunities for Early Years Nursery Teachers, one in each of our thriving nurseries in Canterbury, Broadstairs, or Folkestone. Join East Kent Colleges Group and help us nurture young minds in warm, supportive settings loved by our communities.

You’ll be the heartbeat of your setting, guiding children through their first steps of learning, play and discovery. So, if you’re a passionate Early Years Teacher, and focused in supporting every child’s unique journey, we’d love to hear from you.

Day to day, our Role will be;

  • Delivering inspiring, high-quality early years education to 0-5 year old children
  • Fostering curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships
  • Championing safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous improvement

About You

Most importantly, you'll understand that each child learns in their own way, curious, capable and full of potential.

You'll also have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent – applicants without will not be considered. As our nurseries aren't maintained settings, we're unable to support ECT induction programmes.
  • Experience and passion for early years education
  • Commitment to safeguarding and teamwork
