Job summary

Pertemps Crawley is hiring a van driver in Redhill for a full-time ongoing temp role with potential temp-to-perm for the right candidate. You will deliver medicines to businesses in the South East, driving a refrigerated 3.5t van with route coverage and customer service excellence.

The role runs ~45 hours per week (Mon–Fri), with occasional Saturday shifts paid at enhanced rates. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Eligible for insurance (21+ years) with max 6 points
• Experience in commercial delivery driving preferred
• Long-term/temp-to-perm role
• Willing to undergo DBS criminal record check

Job description

We are looking to recruit a van driver to join a company in Redhill on a full time ongoing temp basis with a chance of temp to perm for the right candidate.

You would be driving a company van to carry out deliveries of pharmaceuticals to businesses across the South East.

• Around 20-60 drops per day on pre planned routes
• Driving a refrigerated 3.5t van
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Applicants should meet the following criteria;

• Full UK driving licence
• Min 21 for insurance purposed and max 6 points (no DR/DD/CD endorsements)
• Ideally commercial delivery driving experience
• Looking for a long term/temp to perm role
• Be willing to undertake DBS criminal record check

This role is working 45 hours per week Monday – Friday. Occasional Saturday working is required (1 in 6, paid at an enhanced rate).
