Job summary

Currys plc in Slough is seeking a Lead Delivery & Install Driver for a full-time, permanent role. You will deliver and install products for customers, managing multi-drop routes and helping keep outbase operations running smoothly.

You’ll work a 45-hour week over an eight-day pattern, with a strong emphasis on service quality and safety. The role requires a full UK/EA licence (max 6 points) and proven delivery experience, with customer service at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience driving in a delivery role (3.5T).
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Confidence supporting and guiding others when needed.
• Ability to handle heavy stock safely.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Delivery & Install Driver, you’ll spend most of your time doing what you do best; delivering and installing products for our customers. But from time to time, you’ll step up to support the team helping to keep our outbase operations running smoothly and acting as a go-to person for your colleagues. It’s a great opportunity to build your experience, develop new skills, and play a bigger role in the team; without stepping away from the driving job you enjoy.

Role overview:
