Pickfords in Sheffield is seeking a Driver / Porter to handle 3.5T, 7.5T and HGV Class 2 removals. Full training provided and opportunities for career progression within a leading moving and relocation company.

You will join a team delivering domestic and commercial moves across the UK, ensuring a professional and friendly service for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in removals, logistics, or similar transport roles preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Availability for occasional weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Safely packing, loading, transporting and unloading customers' belongings.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• A valid UK driving licence (essential).


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• A positive, flexible and professional attitude.


• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.


• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.


• Previous experience in removals, logistics, delivery driving, transport, warehousing or a similar role would be advantageous.


• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.


• Availability for occasional weekend work.

Licences

• 3.5T licence holders welcome.


• 7.5T licence holders welcome.


• LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence advantageous but not essential.
