Job summary

Currys in Plympton is seeking a 3.5T Driver for a permanent, full-time position at our Plymouth Customer Service Centre. You will install and deliver a range of tech products, meet customers on-site, and contribute to fantastic service.

Salary is £29,059.16 per year with a five-over-eight shift pattern and comprehensive benefits. You’ll need a full UK licence (no more than 6 points) and enjoy helping customers with every interaction.

Qualifications

• A full UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ability to lift heavy stock.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install a range of products for customers.

We’ll train you to install the smart tech you deliver to our customers: washing machines, fridge-freezers, 4K TVs, and more. Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.
• Installing a range of different products for our customers.
• Making every customer encounter memorable.
• Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role.

Yes, you’ll need to love driving and being on the road, but you’ll need to love helping customers too. Our training will cover both state-of-the-art-tech and people skills as well – it’s all about equipping you to leave a smile on customers’ faces.
