Job summary

Booker in the United Kingdom is seeking delivery drivers to join a busy local route. This 38-hour-per-week role covers 5 days out of 7 with some weekend work and overtime opportunities.

You will load and unload, build relationships with regular customers, and ensure on-time deliveries with a high level of service. You'll need a Cat B / 3.5T licence, at least two years of driving experience, and good literacy and numeracy.

• Manual deliveries and good numeracy required.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into vehicle at branch and unload at customer premises.

You will be responsible for

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

You will need

Cat B / 3.5T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
