Job summary

A logistics company in Scotland seeks a delivery driver to ensure timely deliveries and build relationships with customers. The role requires a valid Cat B / 3.5T Licence and at least two years of driving experience. You will load stock at the branch and unload at customer premises while maintaining accurate paperwork. Weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service.

Shift patterns

Working on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, our shift patterns will include some weekend working.

Delivery duties

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

Requirements

Cat B / 3.5T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
