A well-known charity's trading team in Aberdeen is looking for a talented retail 3.5 tonne Driver. In this role, you will collect and deliver furniture donations while assisting in the shop when needed. Insight Employment are recruiting for a talented retail 3.5 tonne Driver to join a well known charity UKs trading team.

This is to start at their Aberdeen store for the next few weeks.

You’ll be acting as an ambassador for the charity, increasing the profitability of the shops and superstores through the distribution of donated and new stock.

The role:

As a Driver you will be mainly collecting any furniture donations from local houses or businesses and delivering any sales of furniture as required.

When there is no driving work you will be required to assist in the shop.

What we are looking for:

• Considerable driving experience with the ability to drive safely and confidently, often in unfamiliar areas.
• Manual handling experience with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Comfort in completing paperwork correctly and manning your own workload in a busy environment.
• A Full driving licence and good driving record.
• The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.

Requirements:

• Must have a UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years multi-drop experience.
• Clean driving licence is preferred, no more than 6 points (DRs or INs).
• Must be physically fit.
• Excellent geographical knowledge.

Shift & Hours:

Tuesday & Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Rate:

£12.50 per hour
