• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support
• Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support learning and development
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in EYFS and/or Key Stage 2 (Year 6 experience desirable)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A creative, reflective, and child-centred approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour
