Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking 2 CSCS Painters for a short-term project in Reading. The role focuses on high-standard finishing works to ensure top-quality results on a commercial site.

The contract runs for 10 days with an immediate start on Saturday 22nd August. You will be responsible for detailed cutting-in, ceilings, and surface preparation, using your own tools and PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial painting experience with references.
• Expertise in detailed cutting-in and finishing work.
• CSCS card required; own tools and full PPE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work around grid bays and framework with precision.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Executing high-quality finishing works across the commercial site.
• Painting and detailing ceilings to a professional standard.
• Working efficiently around suspended lay-in grid bays and framework.
• Performing precise cutting-in for clean, sharp lines and professional aesthetics.
• Preparing surfaces properly (patching, sanding, priming) where required.
