Job summary

A leading independent technology provider in Hatfield is seeking a dedicated 2nd Line Test Analyst. This role focuses on delivering testing services, designing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance for application changes and hardware. Candidates must have knowledge of Windows operating systems, test management tools, and must be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders. The position requires on-site attendance and candidates must have or be willing to obtain Security Clearance. A full-time commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Windows 11 and Windows Server).
• Knowledge of Test Management systems is required.
• Knowledge of WorkSpace One as an End point management system for End User Devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing service by designing and executing scripts.
• Report defects within the Test Management tool.
• Write and execute test scripts based on a prepared test plan.
