A leading technology solutions provider in London is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer. You will handle escalated issues and work closely with engineering to resolve complex technical problems across EUC and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate has proven experience in IT operations, strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, and excellent problem-solving skills. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence for 3 or 4 days a week.
