Qualifications

  • Good educational background including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • IT Qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent experience of IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Apprentices and 1st Line Technicians with escalated IT problems.
  • Provide strong professional advice to promote the Trust brand.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, upgrades and availability of systems.
