The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in providing advanced technical support, resolving complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and server problems.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.
  • Support the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, both remotely and on-site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and server management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in IT support or help desk roles is essential.
  • Background in customer service is a plus.
