• Subject-matter expertise in at least one specified area.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated issues across various systems.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM.
• Improve automation and self-service through tooling.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple OS

Ability in administering M365, IAM, MFA

Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing

Familiarity with scripting/automation
