Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users (onsite and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, servers, networking, and cloud services.
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd line / specialist teams where appropriate.
• Configure and install hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure.
