• Provide IT consultancy services to clients.
• Support clients in a timely manner according to support contracts.
• Monitor and maintain systems and networks.

Skills

2-3 Years’ experience as a 2nd Line Engineer

Windows Server 2012 / 16 / 19

Microsoft Exchange / O365

Active Directory Administration

VMware or Hyper-V

Networking

Back-up and restore procedures

Full UK Driving License

Strong communication skills
