Job summary

V.Group seeks a 2nd Engineer for its Windfarm Installation Unit onboard a WTIV vessel under project Emden. Immediate joining and a 5W on / 5W off rotation require strong offshore shipboard expertise and STCW compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring propulsion and auxiliary systems, assisting senior engineers, and ensuring vessel readiness for offshore wind installation tasks in variable conditions. Prior jackup experience and GWO WAH/ HUET CAEBS are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years WTIV experience in STCW role, 3 years on jackup.
• GWO WAH and HUET CAEBS certificates.
• Immediate joining, willing to be deployed to Emden

Responsibilities

• Perform 2nd engineer duties on Windfarm Installation Unit.
• Maintain and troubleshoot shipboard systems and propulsion.
• Support offshore installation operations and safety procedures
