Job summary

Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd seeks an experienced Second Engineer for Hebridean Island Cruises. You must have at least 1 year at sea as Second Engineer and hold the required STCW certifications.

The position operates on a 3/3 week rotation with joining dates in October and November; UK right to work is mandatory. Please ensure you meet all certification requirements and possess a valid ENG1 medical and Seafarers Discharge Book.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sea service as Second Engineer is required.
• List of STCW certifications above are essential
• UK right to work is mandatory for joining a vessel

Responsibilities

• Role is to operate and support vessel engineering systems as Second Engineer.
• Ensure safety and compliance with maritime regulations.
• Participate in onboard maintenance and emergency procedures.

Job description

Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd are looking to recruit an experiencedSecond Engineeron behalf of their client Hebridean Island Cruises. Please note due to the itinerary of the vessel, all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Joining 13th October - 20th October and then again from 10th November for a regular 3/3 week ongoing rotation.

Experience Required:

You must have at least 1 year at sea as Second Engineer to be considered for the role.
