The Role

As a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering IT projects, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth service delivery for a range of customers. You’ll manage and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, perform on‑site and remote support, and contribute to improving systems, documentation, and customer experience. This is a varied and hands‑on role that combines project delivery with high‑level technical support.

  • The ability to deliver projects and manage customer change requests
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • A valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
