NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a project coordinator to support a program across the team. The post is fixed term for 12 months and focuses on operational management, progress monitoring, and training delivery to project staff.
You will work under the Project / Programme Manager to ensure timelines and objectives are met, providing training and facilitation as required. Applications are invited from candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to NHS values.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
The postholder will be responsible for operationally managing elements of the project in support of the Project / Programme Manager with overall responsibility for leading the project / programme. Responsibilities will include to support, facilitate and monitor progress of progress of the project to ensure project timescales and objectives are being achieved.
The postholder will be responsible for provision of training relating to the project.
