Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Domestic Services Worker to provide a range of domestic services within Clinical and Non-Clinical Departments across Hospitals and Health Centres, ensuring compliance with quality standards, health & safety, infection control and other requirements.

The role requires PVG scheme membership and a commitment to the UK immigration rules. Work pattern is Mon–Fri 12:00–19:42, with duties centered on maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsible for providing a range of domestic services within Clinical / Non Clinical Departments throughout all areas of the Hospitals and Health Centres ensuring compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety, control of infection, Audit Scotland and HAI task force requirements, National Cleaning Services Specification and other requirements as specified by the Division.
