NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking an Administration Services Co-ordinator to lead and support teams across Front of House, A&E Reception and Secretarial Services within the Acute & Diagnostic Directorate.

You will mentor Team Leaders, manage performance, and drive service delivery while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture and focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop people across Front of House, A&E Reception and Secretarial Services.
  • Coach and support Team Leaders and staff; manage performance, attendance and wellbeing.
  • Drive service delivery to ensure staff are safely staffed and patients have a positive experience.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and implement new ways of working in administration services.
  • Act as deputy to the Administration Services Manager across operational and workforce matters.

As an Administration Services Co-ordinator, you'll lead and support teams across Front of House, A&E Reception and Secretarial Services within the Acute & Diagnostic Directorate. This is a highly visible leadership role with a strong focus on people management, service performance and continuous improvement.
