A local government organization in Knottingley is seeking a compassionate 24-hour Care Assistant to provide high-quality care for residents in a Dementia care home. The role includes working in a rota alongside trained staff, delivering person centred care, and benefits such as a career average pension scheme and commitment to training. No prior qualifications are necessary as full training will be provided.

At Hazel Garth we support vulnerable adults who have a diagnosis of Dementia and provide high levels of care to ensure that our residents have the best quality of life in their later years.
We are recruiting a 24-hour Care Assistant to work alongside our experienced Dementia care staff. The position will help you gain invaluable skills to deliver person centred care at every opportunity. The hours of work are on a rota basis, and the position does include weekends and bank holidays with enhanced rates of pay.
If you don\'t have the essential qualifications for the position don\'t worry. The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction programme, full training to deliver high standards of care, and we will fund the qualification for you on successful completion of the probation period.
