Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a 24/7 SOC Analyst to join the security operations center in the UK. The role involves monitoring security tools, investigating incidents, and reporting trends to stakeholders across the business.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain continuous protection for Fujitsu and its customers. The ideal candidate has previous SOC experience, strong security knowledge including MITRE ATT&CK, and hands-on use of SIEM/EDR and firewall technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SOC Analyst or similar security role.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and attacker techniques (network, endpoint, cloud).
• Familiar with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls and IDS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security tools, logs and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Investigate and analyze security events to determine root cause and impact.
• Produce clear reports on events, incidents and trends for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security, IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
• Stay up to date on threats and best practices through training and study.
