Qualifications

• Ideal for an organized, proactive and diligent 1st Line Support Engineer.
• Adaptability and strong communication skills are key.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and replacement of datacentre equipment.
• Provide both on-site and on-call support capacity.
• Monitor the availability, performance, and security of TPCMS.
• Address TPCMS issues by resolving or assigning.
• Engage with System Management Team for improvements.
• Ensure SLA targets are exceeded.
• Support transition and training for TPCMS service.
