Job summary

Radiant in London is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support team. You will triage, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across Radiant's Cloud Platform, HPC, and AI fleet, delivering exceptional service around the clock.

You will work with engineering and external suppliers, participate in on-call rotations, and grow expertise in GPUs, InfiniBand, and AI orchestration software while maintaining a strong customer‑facing focus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing technical support or cloud operations role.
• Proven experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts (ITIL) is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and position Radiant as a top cloud provider.
• Deliver timely, professional support for AI/HPC platforms.
• Triage incidents, gather logs, reproduce issues, and drive to resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across cloud, Linux, and data centers.
• Coordinate with L3/L4 Eng teams and third-party vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel as needed.
• Contribute to runbooks, docs, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with deployment of new AI infrastructure.
