Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Call Centre / Multi line telephony as main part of role.
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to shift working.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls from general enquiries to emergency response procedures.
  • Remain calm in all circumstances while providing excellent service.
  • Cover a variety of shifts as required by the 24/7 service.
