Job description

Provide support for users across NHS Lothian, responding to user requests for support, being the first point of escalation from the service desk. Providing technical services for the installation, configuration, maintenance, diagnose and repair of desktop computer systems and associated software and peripherals. To provide advice and training to users on the use of computer systems and software.
