A leading health service provider in Scotland seeks an inspirational Senior Psychiatric Nursing Leader. In this role, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality psychiatric care, manage shift workflows, supervise staff, and liaise with other services. Ideal candidates should have an RMN qualification or equivalent, post-registration experience in acute mental health, and be willing to obtain PVG Scheme membership.
