What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing and delivering high-quality design documents and drawings to support the Electrical Services team on key projects.
  • Creating calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings integral to the design and construction of complex Building Services engineering environments on some of the largest aviation, pharmaceutical, chemical, industrial, defence and public sector projects in the UK and abroad.
  • Developing your skills in a fast paced highly technical environment and hone your engineering career professionally working towards Chartered Engineer status with our CIBSE and IET approved membership schemes.

You’ll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and driven to make a difference.

Shape your future with us - where your creativity, drive, and aspirations make a difference.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term. Therefore, BakerHicks are unable to consider applications from candidates who are working under the Graduate visa route or other time‑limited visas, regardless of their duration, due to their temporary status and the future sponsorship requirements under the Skilled Worker route, set out by the UKVI.

This decision follows recent changes to the Skilled Worker visa regulations introduced by the UK Government in July 2025.

However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eligible under alternative UK immigration routes that do not require Skilled Worker sponsorship now or at any point in the future.

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance or security assurance levels.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements.

In some cases, additional nationality or residency criteria may also apply due to specific client or national security obligations.

We’ve been innovating in design, engineering and project delivery since 1957 and operate from 14 locations for a truly European reach. For more about our company story, see: About | BakerHicks .
