The 2027 BNY Summer Analyst Program - Engineering (Data Science) provides high-potential students with a well-rounded, rewarding rotational experience with engaging Agile Projects while providing first‑hand knowledge of our culture, people, business, and impact within the marketplace. 2027 BNY Summer Analyst Program - Engineering (Data Science) analysts will participate in a robust technical experience in JavaScript, Python, CSS, Java, and more.

What you will do

Analyst Program

Our 24‑month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. New joiners take part in a structured induction experience to help them assimilate into BNY, learn about the organization, connect with peers and leaders, and build the core skills needed to navigate their early career with confidence.

From day one, analysts are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through:

• Enterprise‑wide onboarding and development programming, including an in person immersive induction experience, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking opportunities.
• Meaningful project work aligned to key business practices and platforms, providing hands‑on experience, skill development, and real‑world business impact.

Program Eligibility

• Enrollment in a 3-4 year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
