Responsibilities

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work to support the Natural Resources team on a wide variety of business-focused tasks. You will support account executives and stakeholders to deliver excellent client service, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Natural Resources team.

On this apprenticeship you will be supported to understand the business needs and to look for solutions to deliver excellent service. You will investigate and troubleshoot to ensure that all queries are seen through to resolution.

You will work closely with the Global team and develop great working relationships with colleagues in the Mumbai office to ensure accurate data input within the quality standards.

You will be developed to give first class operational and service delivery to support the business unit to ensure that their targets are met.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Everyone in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your time on the apprenticeship programme. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) between including English and Maths (grade 4 or above)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Keen eye for detail and naturally inquisitive
  • Able to build effective working relationships at all levels with key stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • A quick learner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Over the course of 18-24 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role. Workstyles: We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow apprentices.
