Our Human Resources Apprenticeship Scheme offers an alternative route to university and provides you with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary whilst gaining on the job experience & knowledge across different teams and studying to achieve your professional Level 5 CIPD qualification. Our People function enables the business to deliver on its strategic priorities through ensuring we have the right people, in the right place at the right time with the correct capabilities required to add value and drive action. We set the group strategy on talent, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, DEI, reward, culture, colleague communication and engagement as well as partnering directly with the business to ensure they are set up for success. On the program you will gain exposure to different parts of our business and be an integral part of the team from the start.
