We are looking for graduates for our Asset Management and Analysis team within Energy, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.
Working as a Graduate in Asset Management and Analysis team will mean working on exciting and innovative projects. This service line is composed of the Power Systems Consulting and Energy Strategy Consulting teams delivering services to our national and international clients and is comprised of circa 50 colleagues with a range of engineering and multidisciplinary skills.

Become a member of our Power Systems team and play a hands‑on role in shaping the UK’s energy future. You’ll work on projects that connect renewable energy, battery storage, and cutting‑edge grid technologies to the national network, directly supporting the transition to net zero. As a graduate, you’ll gain exposure to both the technical and consultancy sides of the business, running power system studies, meeting clients, and helping to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, encouraged to bring your own ideas, and be part of a collaborative team where your contribution will have a real impact.
