We are looking for a Graduate for our Building Specialists Visualisation team, who has a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. Location

As a Graduate Visualisation Specialist, you'll support our growing portfolio of projects in the UK and internationally. You'll help create engaging, high-quality visual content that communicates complex designs and ideas in clear and inspiring ways.
You will be embedded in a multidisciplinary team and mentored by experienced professionals, gaining exposure to real‑world challenges and innovative solutions. You will be part of a supportive team culture where you'll receive mentoring and guidance as you develop your skills.
Digital Services
Digital Services lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), information management and visualisation across Property and Buildings. You'll be joining the WSP Digital Services, a group of Digital Transformation Leaders, Engineers, Information Managers, BIM Consultants, and Visualisation Specialists who deliver some of the world's most exciting and complex projects. As a graduate, you'll be supported to grow your expertise in cutting‑edge visualisation and digital storytelling.

Our two‑year Graduate Development programme is designed to support personal and professional development and growth through an engaging blended learning experience.
