L’Oréal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results-driven NAM to continue to drive our Amazon business forward. Amazon is a highly strategic customer experiencing dynamic double-digit growth, with incredible future potential.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive to maximize the scale and potential of this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a High-Growth, High-Visibility Business: Work with multifunctional teams to drive sales, increase market share, grow turnover, and manage profitability within the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division Amazon business.
  2. Shape the Amazon Flywheel: Leverage Amazon’s ecosystem by managing commercial spend, optimizing stock, and activating marketing levers to drive traffic, conversion, and brand presence.
  3. Stakeholder Influencer: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for your category and aligning strategies to achieve goals.
  4. Data Analysis: Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to develop accurate forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize processes.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem (optional but advantageous).
  • Resilient, driven, with a proactive attitude.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Effective under pressure with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce or Amazon is preferred.
  • Analytical, numerate, entrepreneurial, creative, adventurous, and ambitious.
