2 DAY NANNY/HOUSEKEEPER, FULBOURN, 1st FEBRUARY 26

A lovely new part‑time role in Fulbourn has just arisen with a February 26 start. The job involves caring for two happy boys (7 and 9) – dropping them off in the morning at different schools, collecting them in the afternoon, handling housekeeping duties such as laundry and cooking, buying birthday presents, and running errands. One boy is currently mid‑way through a neurodiversity diagnosis, so experience in this field is valued. The nanny will need to be available to stay overnight while the mother travels, usually a week at a time, with at least a month’s notice.

Responsibilities

• Dropping off and collecting the boys at their schools
• Housekeeping duties: laundry, cooking, cleaning
• Purchasing birthday presents and other errands
• Supporting a child with a neurodiversity diagnosis
• Staying overnight when the mother travels (usually a week at a time)

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a nanny, preferably with housekeeping experience
• Paediatric first aid certificate (12 hour) and an up‑to‑date enhanced DBS on the update service
• At least 2 professional referees with contact details, one being the current or last employer, both immediately contactable
• Driving required – own car needed, parking available
• Comfortable with a flexible, fun and gentle approach; experience working with SEN is preferred

Working Hours

• Monday and Tuesday ideally, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm (22 hrs per week)
• Possible flexibility with days, though Monday and Tuesday are preferred

Salary & Benefits

£18 gross per hour
