A fast-growing Managed Service Provider near Coventry is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting various IT issues and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 6–18 months' experience in IT support, a solid foundation in Windows and Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
