A community-focused organization in Bristol is seeking an ICT Support Technician to assist staff with technology issues. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for ICT support, resolving user requests, and requires a full driving licence. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft products and excellent customer-service skills. This is a fixed-term position for six months with 37 hours per week.
Fixed Term – 6 months, 37 hours per week.
